為了保護(hù)土地的持久耕作和維護(hù)生態(tài)環(huán)境，全園采用有機(jī)種植和有機(jī)肥料，取得了種植和生產(chǎn)雙有機(jī)認(rèn)證。采用“廠”字架型設(shè)計(jì)，為葡萄樹(shù)留出足夠的空間，確保良好的日照和通風(fēng)條件。同時(shí)，葡萄園采用滲灌專(zhuān)利技術(shù)，保證根系的下扎深度，嚴(yán)格控制每畝產(chǎn)量在400～500公斤，這種種植方式使得西班酒莊被寧夏農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村廳和西北農(nóng)林科技大學(xué)授予農(nóng)業(yè)科技示范基地的稱號(hào)。
