西班酒莊釀酒師,從事葡萄酒釀造行業(yè) 17 年。擁有國(guó)家一級(jí)品酒師、一級(jí)釀酒師職業(yè)資格。釀酒理念是遵循自然,表達(dá)原料及產(chǎn)區(qū)特點(diǎn),以技術(shù)修飾其缺點(diǎn),追求理想與市場(chǎng)的平衡點(diǎn)。釀造酒款獲得布魯塞爾、柏林葡萄酒大賽、Decanter 等國(guó)際金獎(jiǎng)40余枚。
Winemaker of XIBAN Winery, engaged in wine making industry for 17 years. He has the professional qualification of first-class sommelier and first-class winemaker. 西班酒莊高級(jí)講師兼釀酒師助理,擁有國(guó)家四級(jí)品酒師職業(yè)資格、WSET三級(jí)品酒師、ESW葡萄酒講師、寧夏賀蘭山東麓青銅峽認(rèn)證講師,從事葡萄酒行業(yè)7年,一直致力于推廣和宣傳葡萄酒文化,同時(shí)也不斷往返于市場(chǎng)和產(chǎn)區(qū)之間,致力搭建起市場(chǎng)與產(chǎn)區(qū)之間的橋梁,拉近消費(fèi)者與葡萄酒之間的距離。
